Saifur Rahim

Saifur Rahim has a diverse work experience in software development and research. Saifur began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor, where they assisted undergraduate students with computer science courses and proctored exams. During this time, they also worked as a Research Assistant, developing user authentication on mobile devices and proposing an algorithm for the selection of environmental noise conditions.

After completing their work at the university, Saifur joined Wired Solutions as a Software Developer. Here, they analyzed, designed, developed, and tested modules for e-commerce and web applications using C#, Asp.Net MVC 3, and MS SQL Server 2008. Saifur also actively participated in the development of XpressLab, an online program for creating assignments and tests that target the development of oral communication skills using voice recordings.

Saifur then moved on to Belyer Insurance Limited (Easyinsure.ca) as a Software Developer. Here, they participated actively in the entire development process of the "EasyInsure" Insurance broker application, using C#, VB.Net, SQL, and Asp.Net.

Most recently, Saifur joined Dundas Data Visualization Inc. as a Software Developer. In this role, they are responsible for the design, development, and testing of visualization controls for Dundas BI. Saifur has specifically developed Table and Relationship Diagram controls.

Throughout their career, Saifur has gained experience in various technologies such as IIS, Visual Studio 2015, TFS, and Java. Saifur has a strong background in coding and has worked on projects involving C#, Asp.Net, SQL, and VB.Net.

Saifur Rahim completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Dhaka from 2002 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the University of Windsor from 2008 to 2010.
