Donna Kidd

Donna Kidd has extensive experience in retail management and training, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a People Partner and Academy Trainer at Dunelm since February 2016, Donna delivers essential training across the business to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Donna held various positions at Dunelm, including ASM Operations, where notable achievements included being the Area Intime Champion for a new scheduling system and contributing to the Kilmarnock store's recognition as a finalist for Store Of The Year in 2015. Donna's career also includes significant roles at Home Retail Group PLC, where responsibilities ranged from driving sales and managing store teams to systems training across Scotland and Northern Ireland, as well as experience as a Department Manager at BHS.
