James Buckell

James Buckell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in client services and technical support, currently serving as a Senior IT Client Services Engineer at Dunelm since October 2015. In this role, James leads the strategic direction of client-facing technology and has successfully managed significant projects, including a £1.6 million Paperless Office Project and an £80,000 Mobile Computing Initiative. Prior to Dunelm, James held various positions at Nottinghamshire Health Informatics Service, including ICT Solutions Engineer and Service Delivery Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed technical support for over 10,000 customers and management of key projects. James holds a BSc. (Hons) in Health & Social Care Informatics from the University of Derby and extensive training in IT service and deployment.
