Jon Dick

Jon Dick is an accomplished Learning and Development Partner at Dunelm since October 2020, focusing on fostering a culture of continuous learning and developing leadership capabilities within teams. Previously, during a tenure at Jessops Europe Limited from May 2018 to January 2020, Jon served as a Training Specialist, successfully training over 600 colleagues and significantly boosting sales figures. Jon's earlier experience includes a notable decade at Princess Cruises, where innovative training programs were launched across the fleet, and revenue targets were routinely exceeded in managerial roles within the Photo/Video Department. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Production: Photography from the University of Glamorgan, obtained from 2004 to 2007.
