Matt Brading has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Matt started their career as a Staffs TV Station Manager, where they co-founded and led the society while handling post-production, live streaming, and website management. Matt then worked as a Broadcast Engineer at Cisco, where they contributed to the in-house video marketing team. Matt also worked at Sky, where they served as both a Broadcast Systems Support Engineer and a MAM Systems Support Engineer, providing 2nd and 3rd line support for critical broadcast systems. Matt later joined Channel 4 as a Broadcast Systems Engineer, overseeing projects and developing testing tools. Matt further expanded their expertise at the BBC as a Senior Software Engineer, involved in developing new products and services. Currently, they are working at Dunelm as a Technical Lead and Principal Engineer, leading teams and ensuring technical excellence in various projects related to customer operations.
Matt Brading obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Film Production Technology from Staffordshire University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to their university education, Matt attended Alsager School from 2003 to 2010, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Matt obtained the Q-Sys Level 2 certification from QSC Audio Products LLC in January 2014. Recently, in July 2022, they achieved the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) certifications from Scrum Alliance.
