Tom Young

Tom Young is an experienced professional in forecasting and replenishment, currently serving as the Forecasting & Replenishment Manager at Dunelm since September 2011. In this role, Tom oversees central forecasting and replenishment functions, leads a team of Demand Planners, and ensures alignment with supply chain requirements. Previously, Tom held several key positions at Dunelm, including Process Owner for a forecasting and replenishment project, Replenishment Manager with extensive experience managing replenishment for over 170 stores, Business Analyst during a major SAP upgrade, and roles as Junior and Trainee Merchandiser. Prior experience includes serving as Trainee Assistant Manager at Greenwoods Menswear Ltd. Tom holds a degree in International Security and Disaster Management from Coventry University.
