Jim Cooper is a seasoned real estate finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. They served as Senior Vice President at GMAC Mortgage from 2001 to 2010 and later held positions as President at Alliance Mortgage from 2010 to 2014 and Director at REM from 2014 to 2024. In addition, Jim held the role of Director at Silver Creek Development from 2019 to 2024 and was EVP of Capital Markets at Dunmor in 2025.
