Steve Choe

Steve Choe currently serves as the Head of Sales at Dunmor, a direct lender specializing in senior debt financing for residential and multifamily real estate investors. Previously, Steve held the position of Head of Commercial Banking at Mission Valley Bank, where a strategic turnaround plan was executed to enhance bank sales and credit culture. Steve's extensive experience includes serving as SVP of Commercial Lending at Bank of Hope, where responsibilities encompassed various loan products, and as SVP and Region Manager at California Bank & Trust, overseeing 13 branches in the Greater Los Angeles area. In earlier roles, Steve was the SVP, Chief Sales and Service Officer at Hanmi Bank, responsible for improving sales and service culture, as well as a Community District Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Steve's career began at World Savings as a Branch Manager. Steve Choe holds a double major in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
