Dunn and Dunn, Inc. is a family based private investment firm that invests in and acquires successful operating companies in partnership with management. For over two decades, the principals of Dunn and Dunn have specialized in acquiring industrial manufacturing and distribution companies. 

We believe successful companies should not be changed. While life circumstances such as retirement, desire for liquidity, reduction of chips on the table and multiple generations of ownership all may necessitate the sale of a company, it does not necessitate that a well established company should change its operations. As hands off investors and board level managers, Dunn and Dunn, Inc. looks for well established, successful companies that can continue to operate without significant change to operations, location or people.

We are long term investors and have no intentions of selling companies in our portfolio. We partner with management in stewardship of the company for the long term benefit of all stakeholders.
