DunRite Inc. was established in 1982 by partners David Tengquest and Pat Kelly.  For nearly four decades we have consistently served our clients well, and we have consistently grown our company.

We truly care.  People say they care, but when it comes down to showing back up and doing the punch list, most companies fall short.  Even if it’s not financially in our best interest, we will take care of the client.  We don’t abandon them once they pay the bill. Our specialty
Every great team has a specialty.  While we do new construction and remodeling for retailers and restaurants, our sweet spot is the fast-track, short-term contract on interior remodeling to keep clients ahead of their competition.   Fast-track, short-term contracts are a true sign of how tight a team is from top to bottom, and we excel at it.
