Andrew Broad

Andrew Broad has been working in the software development industry since 2002. In that time, they have held several roles. From 2002 to 2011, they were the IT Manager/Developer at Mattioli Woods. During this time, they were responsible for developing bespoke software for use internally at Mattioli Woods, integrating 3rd party solutions and databases, migrating data from the back office systems of acquired companies, and providing reporting solutions across all data sets used by the company. In 2011, they took on the role of Software Development Manager at Mattioli Woods Plc, where they continued to work until 2017. From 2008 to 2017, they also worked as a Contract/Freelance Software Developer at Broadbyte, specializing in development of ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server Database. Andrew currently holds the position of Senior Developer at Dunstan Thomas (DT).

Andrew Broad has a varied educational background. Andrew completed a BEng in Product Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University between 1996 and 2000. Andrew then obtained a PgDip in Software Development from Coventry University between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from Microsoft, including MCSD: App Builder (Certified 2019), Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, all obtained in 2019, 2021, and 2021, respectively.
