Philip Bailey has worked in the financial services industry since 2000. In 2014, they joined Dunstan Thomas (DT) as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst. At DT, they were responsible for the transformation of the legacy Imago Illustration calculation services used by the Imago Illustrations and Imago Tools product offerings. Philip was also responsible for managing complex business analysis projects for DT's clients. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Old Mutual Wealth UK as a Lead Delivery Analyst, where they were a key member of the team responsible for complex requirement projects. Notable projects included SIS Proposition and Requirement Management Review. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at James Hay as a Lead Business Analyst and Team Leader. Notable projects included New WRAP Admin Platform and Business Strategy Definition.

Philip Bailey has an extensive education history, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Queen Mary University of London from 1993 to 1996. In 2008 and 2009, they obtained an ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis from Assist Knowledge Development. Philip also obtained a System Architect Certification from IBM Training in 2009, which focused on Business Process Modelling Using BPMN with Telelogic System Architect. In 2009, they also obtained an ISEB Foundation in IT Project Management from Assist Knowledge Development. In 2011, they attended a workshop on Facilitation for DSDM from Keith Richards Consulting. Philip also attended a LEAN 1A course from LEAN Enterprise Research Council and a Business Rules and Decision Analysis course from IRM UK in the same year.
