Caleb Kuo

Caleb Kuo's work experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at Duolingo since July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for EECS16b at UC Berkeley Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from January 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, Caleb was a Software Engineer Intern at Duolingo from May 2020 to August 2020. Caleb also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Trustwork from May 2019 to July 2019, where they connected existing payments platforms with a notification service by defining a universal schema for payment events. Additionally, they worked as an Academic Intern at UC Berkeley College of Engineering from January 2018 to May 2019, mentoring students in lab projects and facilitating weekly labs and office hours.

Caleb Kuo attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in EECS (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science).
