Elsa Daniels has a diverse work experience history. Elsa started their career as an English Teacher at the Quan Guo Wai Yu Zhong Xin in 2012 and worked there until 2016. Elsa then volunteered at Stowarzyszenie Projektów Międzynarodowych INPRO through the European Voluntary Service from 2016 to 2017. Following that, Elsa joined INPRO as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for writing and coordinating Erasmus+ projects, submitting project reports, mentoring young people, managing volunteers, delivering workshops, conducting research, managing social media and the organization's website, and networking with stakeholders. Elsa also served as a trainer and facilitator for various projects. Elsa went on to work as an English Teacher at the British American Institute for a brief period in 2020. In the same year, they became a Blue Book Trainee at DG DEVCO: Unit 03 - Knowledge, Statistics and Data Hub at the European Commi from March to May. In 2021, they took on the role of an English Teacher at Swiss InterGlobe. Currently, Elsa is working as a Quality Review Specialist (Contract) at Duolingo.

Elsa Daniels attended National Chiao Tung University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, with a focus on General Studies. In 2015, they completed a certification program in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at Teflen Training College. In 2016, Elsa earned a certificate from Poynter News University for completing the ACES Certificate in Editing program.
