Jago P.

Jago P. has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and education. They started their career as a Marketing Team Member and Gold Team Member at Innovative Design in 2019. In the same year, they also served as a Design Director at ImagiCal, where they drafted a partnership proposal program for Tencent as a business and design consultant. Jago then worked at UC Berkeley Student Technology Services as a Mobile Design and Developer in 2020 before joining ServiceNow as an Associate UI/UX Designer, where they contributed to internal sales solutions and conducted UX heuristic analysis for page redesigns. Jago also had a role as a Lead Student Instructor at Brand Design DeCal, teaching branding and graphic design principles while designing the branding for the class. They were a design consultant for Adobe, working on a video-editing app, and for SoFi, developing an in-app feature to visualize students' financial journeys. At Berkeley Innovation, Jago was the President and Co-Founder, leading the executive board and organizing educational events for Berkeley designers. They also interned as a Product Design Intern at Figma, leading design projects and launching new features. In 2022, Jago joined 8VC as a Product Design Fellow before transitioning to Duolingo as a Product Designer I.

Jago P. completed their high school education at Renaissance College between the years 2009 and 2018. Jago then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science at the University of California, Berkeley from 2018 to 2022.
