Sunwook Kim

Sunwook Kim began working as a Software Engineer at Duolingo in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Yext from June 2021 to August 2021. From August 2020 to February 2021, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. Before that, they served as a Sergeant and Software Engineer in the Republic of Korea Army from October 2018 to June 2020. Sunwook also had multiple roles at Cornell University, including Teaching Assistant for a computer science course and System Engineer, from August 2017 to May 2018. During their teaching assistant role, they assisted students with mathematical concepts and proofs.

Sunwook Kim graduated from Cornell University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Prior to attending Cornell University, they attended Korea Science Academy from 2013 to 2016 for their High School education.
