Frederic Hoffmann

Frederic Hoffmann currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Duomed Group since February 2023. Prior experience includes a 13-year tenure at Baxter International Inc., where Frederic held various leadership positions including Vice President of Strategy & Marketing for Europe and General Manager for Benelux and France, overseeing significant business operations and driving successful marketing and business development strategies. Frederic’s career began at McKinsey & Company, where Frederic led international projects in Lean Manufacturing and Strategy across diverse sectors. Educational achievements include an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and additional programs in hospital management and entrepreneurship.
