Mariska Beumer is currently the Director of People & Culture at DUPI Group, where they leverage their strong business partnering skills and change management experience to foster organizational development. Previous roles include HR Director at Reckitt and HR Manager at PepsiCo, where they focused on culture, talent development, and employee engagement across multiple countries. Mariska's diverse background encompasses living and working in The Netherlands, Italy, Myanmar, and France, alongside fluency in five languages. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University Nijmegen, graduating cum laude, and have served as an HR consultant for Medical Action Myanmar.
