Dupont-Hissel is a firm specializing in European law, particularly active in the field of professional sports (but not exclusively), and has actively participated in most of the cases brought before the CJEU concerning the relationship between EU law and sports governance: Bosman case, Meca-Medina case, Royal Antwerp FC case, European Super League case, RFC Seraing case, etc. The guiding principle of our practice is the conviction that European sports governance must fully comply with the EU rule of law.
