Stephen Learman

Stephen Learman is an accomplished sales operations and customer service professional with extensive experience in the automotive and chemical industries. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager for the Americas at DuPont since June 2018, Stephen leads a team of twenty-five professionals and oversees logistics, customer service, and distribution replenishment planning across North and Latin America, managing operations that contribute to $370 million in revenue. Previous roles include North America Customer Service Manager at DuPont, where Stephen effectively led a team servicing over $320 million in annual revenue, and Lead Customer Service Specialist at Dow Automotive Systems, recognized with the 2017 Pinnacle Award for Customer Service Excellence. Stephen's career began at Go To Transport, where outstanding performance in customer relationship management drove significant growth.
