Tim DeCrow

Tim DeCrow is a seasoned operations and technology leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering Program Management at DuPont, where they drive global transformation initiatives and manage a substantial capital expenditure budget. Tim previously held key positions, including Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Panasonic USA, where they oversaw engineering teams and collaborative projects with Japanese counterparts. Earlier in their career, they demonstrated their capabilities as Operations Manager at Portola Packaging, where they successfully turned around a company from bankruptcy, and as Plant Manager at Hilex Poly Inc., achieving significant improvements in safety and quality. Tim has a BS in Applied Science from Arizona State University and a proven track record of building high-performance teams and implementing Lean manufacturing practices across diverse environments.
