Full Deal Execution
From strategy to closing, we run the transaction end-to-end, just like an investment bank and a law firm combined. We prepare the deal, connect with our network of investors or acquirers, structure the deal, draft and negotiate the documents, manage the process, and close it. We only do that for 10 companies a year we select with our investment committee.
 
Specialist Support
We step in where it matters most. As financial advisors, we deliver valuation, financial modelling, planning, and investor materials. As lawyers, we handle equity incentive plans, deal negotiations, documentation, and closing support.
