Benj Hellner-Burris

Benj Hellner-Burris is a Software Engineer currently contracted with Duquesne Light Company through eNGINE since October 2022. Previously, Benj served as a Java Software Developer at CGI and co-owned Off Center Studios. Benj developed foundational programming skills as a Java Development Bootcamp student at Tech Elevator and gained early experience as a Software Developer student and intern with Year Up. Prior to a focus on software development, Benj held various roles in construction and property management, including Owner/General Contractor at HB Property Solutions and Purchasing & Estimating/Pricing Manager at Parry Custom Homes. With a diverse background spanning software development and construction management, Benj brings a unique perspective to engineering challenges.
