John Cassin

John Cassin is an experienced Product Manager currently at Duquesne Light Company, overseeing the external website, mobile app, and customer information system to ensure they deliver exceptional value to customers. Prior to this role, John served as Senior Product Owner and Digital Product Manager Lead at PNC, where management of the Bill Pay product and the delivery of online account opening features were significant responsibilities.
