Michael Geitner

Michael Geitner is a seasoned professional in the electrical utility industry with extensive management experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Scheduling at Duquesne Light Company since July 2018, Michael previously held multiple leadership positions at First Energy Corp, including Manager of Fleet and Facilities and Supervisor of Regional Operations. Michael's early career at Allegheny Energy involved various roles, such as Service and Design Manager and Electric Operations Manager, where responsibilities included project management and team development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Gannon University, completed between 1986 and 1991.
