Brad Ward

Brad Ward oversees company acquisition and transition, compliance, IT, nearshore operations, shared services, and centers of excellence. Brad joined Dura Software in September 2019. Previously at Dura Software, Brad served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Nordic IT

and the VP of Sales and Marketing for Moki. Prior to Dura, Brad operated as a Strategic Account Director at Rackspace, leading a cross functional team that delivered “Fanatical Support” to the largest and most complex customers in the portfolio. Brad began at Rackspace as an Account Manager and spent the majority of time in service as a leader across multiple departments. Brad left Rackspace in March of 2018 to deploy with the Texas Army National Guard to the Horn of Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He has also held roles at Symantec and Orion Talent.

Prior to Rackspace and Dura, Brad served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer for 6 years and deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Brad continues his service today as a Major in the Texas Army National Guard.

Brad holds a BA in Government and an MA in Communication from Angelo State University. Brad is a native Texan from Midland/Odessa. Brad enjoys spending time on the lake, golfing, and traveling with his family.
