Ben Paschal

Ben Paschal has extensive experience in project management and corporate engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Duracell Inc. since 2019. Prior to this role, Ben held various leadership positions at Southwire Company from 2007 to 2019, including Senior Director of Corporate Infrastructure, where responsibilities expanded to enhance Security and Loss Prevention initiatives, and Director of Corporate Engineering and General Services, overseeing capital project teams for strategic execution. Ben's earlier roles included Director of Compound Development, Engineering Manager, and Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Bonnell Aluminum, as well as Production Engineering Manager at Hanesbrands Inc., contributing to significant product development and operational improvements. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
