Benjamin Rich

Benjamin Rich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin currently holds the position of Senior Director HR - Global Projects at The Duracell Company, a role they started in October 2023. Prior to that, Benjamin worked at Procter & Gamble for over nine years, holding various HR roles such as HR Director, Site HR Director, and Senior HR Manager. Benjamin also worked as an Accountant at Novarad Corporation from 2009 to 2010 and as an Associate at UBS Securities Co., Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Benjamin's career began at Shinsei Bank as an Analyst from 2004 to 2006.

Benjamin Rich earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis from Brigham Young University in 2003. Benjamin later pursued an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, completing their studies at Brigham Young University in 2012.
