Eileen Lehmann

Eileen Lehmann, CCMP™, ABC, currently serves as the Senior Manager of the IT Change Management Office at Duracell Inc., where responsibilities include establishing and leading organizational change management approaches for large transformations. Previously, Eileen held leadership roles at The Ohio State University, focusing on change management for complex projects, and at Cardinal Health as Director of Internal Communications, where efforts aligned change strategies across the enterprise. Eileen's extensive experience also includes consulting and advisory roles in change management, effective communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement across various organizations. Eileen holds a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College and a Specialized Master in Business - Analytics from The Ohio State University.
