Eli Crossman

Director, Process Development & Engineering at Duracell

Eli Crossman has a strong background in process development and engineering. Eli began their career at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals as a Researcher in 1998 and worked their way up to Senior Researcher and then Principal Researcher. In 2007, Crossman joined The Duracell Company as a Principal Researcher and eventually became Senior Scientist. Eli then took on the role of Director, Process Development at Duracell before being promoted to Director, Process Development & Engineering in January 2022.

Eli Crossman earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York Cortland in 1998. Eli later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business between 2004 and 2006.
