Gary Debona

Gary DeBona has extensive experience in global quality assurance and research and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global R&D QA at Duracell since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing global innovation quality systems and ensuring ISO 9001 registration. Prior to this role, Gary held various positions at Procter & Gamble from 2002 to February 2016, including Manager of Global R&D QA and Manager of Global QA for product supply at Duracell. Earlier roles at Clairol involved managing R&D quality systems and integrating quality processes post-merger. Gary's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb as Associate Director of Supply QA, where practices were developed to align cross-functional needs. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Central Connecticut State University.
