Laura Blake has over three decades of experience in package engineering, with a focus on brand development, quality improvements, and cost management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Package Engineering at The Duracell Company since January 2008, Laura oversees North American Alkaline brand packaging and manages a team of two direct reports. Prior roles include Senior Package Engineer and Package Engineer at Procter & Gamble (CLAIROL) and Clairol, where Laura was instrumental in the development and maintenance of packaging for major hair care and hair color brands. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Sacred Heart University.
