Lisa McCarthy

Lisa McCarthy has extensive work experience in the finance and operations sectors. Lisa is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Duracell Inc. since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Newell Brands from January to May 2023. From January 2020 to February 2023, they held the position of President at the Home Fragrance Division of Newell Brands. Before joining Newell Brands, Lisa had a long-term career at Yankee Candle where they held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from April 2012 to January 2020. Lisa also served as Vice President of Finance and Controller, Director of Accounting, Manager of Financial Reporting, and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst during their tenure at Yankee Candle. Lisa began their career at Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior Associate from September 2001 to November 2004.

Lisa McCarthy earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Bryant University between 1997 and 2001. Lisa then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of Connecticut from 2001 to 2002.
