Prem Mani

Prem Mani, MBA has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. Their most recent role was as Associate Director of Engineering at Duracell Inc., where they managed all technology innovation programs and led equipment sourcing and qualifications. Prior to that, they served as Engineering Sr. Manager and Senior Engineer at Duracell, where they oversaw engineering projects, equipment installation, and operational qualification. Prem also led the technical engineering and project management for a new Lithium cell manufacturing facility.

Before joining Duracell, Prem worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at L&T Technology Services Limited, providing project management and engineering support for Duracell. Prem also has experience as a Design & Automation Consultant, where they provided consultancy support for design automation and fixture design.

Earlier in their career, Prem held various managerial positions at Eveready Industries India Ltd, including Plant Manager, Senior Manager-Design and Development, and Manager-Engineering. In these roles, they were responsible for designing new equipment, managing production targets, and implementing quality management systems.

Prem Mani, MBA completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Georgia in 2023. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical from Anna University in 1997. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained various certifications including AutoCAD - 2D drafting, AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop, AutoCAD-productivity tools, ISO 9000:2000 SERIES AUDITOR/LEAD AUDITOR, and SolidWorks Professional - Mechanical Design.
