Durallco specialises in the surface treatments of materials susceptible to wear & tear and corrosion by means of electrical arc wire spraying on-site, the melting in of thermally sprayed coatings and hard facing.
From a predictive maintenance plan, the wear & tear-sensitive components are mapped out, periodically measured and tested against a repair or replacement costs/benefits analysis. A selective and controlled surface treatment of wear & tear-sensitive components guarantees an important optimisation of the production capacity and savings in maintenance costs.

Production capacity:
Fewer and shorter production stops
Less break down of quality

Savings in costs:
The lifespan of the treated component is significantly increased
Advantages of on-site surface treatments:

No dismantling and installation costs
No transport costs
No risk of an incorrect treatment being done during the dismantling or installation
Early replacement of ball bearings, seals, etc. is avoided, ...
Rotating components are once more balanced. If necessary, the components can also be aligned.

Durallco is part of the Uptimise Group – active in the optimisation and innovation of industrial production and maintenance processes.
