Deja Dotson has experience in customer service, order management, and warehouse work. Deja started their career in 2005 as a Dietary Aide at Autumn Glen Senior Living LLC, where they were responsible for washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing food areas, and preparing food for the cook. In 2010, they joined Treat America Food Services as a Warehouse Associate, where they were responsible for organizing trays and placing the paperwork with the correct routes, as well as placing food into the correct drivers route. Finally, in 2019, they joined DuraMark Technologies, Inc. as an Order Management Representative, where they were responsible for handling customer complaints, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, keeping records of customer interactions, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
