Robert Laster is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and supervision within the social services and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Group Home Manager and Assistant Supervisor at Durand since March 2016, Robert oversees a Vocational Program for adults with developmental disabilities. Additionally, Robert has been the Vice President of Men Empowering Nations, a faith-based mentoring organization for young men, since September 2007. Prior experience includes working as a Residential Supervisor at Twin Oaks Community Services, where Robert managed a group home for Developmental Disabilities consumers, and as a Guest Services Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, responsible for front desk operations.
