Misty Smith - Chatmon

Misty Smith - Chatmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing and accounts management. Currently serving as the National Accounts Billing Team Lead at DuraServ since September 2019, Misty ensures accurate billing for National Accounts customers and manages various financial adjustments. Prior to this role, Misty was the Accounts Receivable Specialist Lead at Aprima Medical Software, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included processing payments and managing insurance claims.
