Jane Wan

Jane Wan is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Duravant since May 2025. Previously, Jane held the position of Vice President, Global Controller, and FP&A at TMS Worldwide from October 2013 to April 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing global month-end closes and developing consolidated financial reports for executive management. Jane's extensive experience also includes roles at KPMG LLP, where duties involved assisting clients with complex accounting matters under US GAAP and IFRS, as well as performing financial statement audits across various industries. Jane began her career in auditing at Lavine, Lofgren, Morris & Engelberg, LLP and Corbett, Duncan & Hubly, P.C. Jane holds an MBA in Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a MAS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
