Éric Dufour is currently the Vice President of Innovation & Engineering at DuraVent Group, a position held since 2018. Previously, Éric served as Director of R&D at Cheminées Sécurité International from 1996 to 2015, where they managed a team and collaborated on product modifications and market development. Before that, Éric worked at Cheminées Sécurité as a Product Engineer and led the chimney R&D section from 1993 to 1996. Éric also held the role of Senior Director of Engineering & R&D at Cheminée Sécurité International from 2015 to 2016, overseeing quality assurance and product management. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Montréal - École polytechnique de Montréal between 1984 and 1988.
