Girish Appu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Duroflex since November 2023. Prior to this role, Girish spent over 14 years at 3M, fulfilling various leadership positions such as Country Manufacturing & Supply Chain Leader and Vice President of Manufacturing & Engineering, where a strong focus on Lean manufacturing, automation, and efficiency improvements was established. Girish's career also includes significant positions at Motorola, where a greenfield manufacturing facility was built, and Pricol Limited, leading strategic business units in the automotive sector. Educational qualifications include an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University.
