At Duroflex, Randhir serves as Maintenance Manager, while previously at Kurlon Enterprise Limited, leadership responsibilities included the position of Head of Engineering Department. Prior to that, Randhir worked at Sheela Foam Limited as Associate Manager Maintenance and at AMAR TEA PRIVATE LIMITED as an Electrical Engineer. Randhir began a professional career with Unilever as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, laying a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
