Michael Day

Michael Day has extensive experience in the event technology and live sound engineering sectors. Currently, Michael serves as the Director of Event Technology at Encore, a position held since January 2017, and previously worked as a Manager of Event Technologies and Event Technician within the same organization. In addition to this role, Michael has been active as a Freelance Live Sound Engineer, A/V Technician, and Event Production Specialist since June 2002. Other notable positions include Production Manager and Live Sound Engineer at Dusk since July 2012, and similar roles at Simon's 677, PVD Social Club, and Club Hell. Michael's career began in live sound engineering at The Providence Black Repertory Company, showcasing a strong foundation in the technical aspects of live events.
