Bart Luling, van, has extensive experience in systems engineering and project management across various organizations. From May 1997 to August 2007, Bart served as Project Leader and Systems Engineer at Rijkswaterstaat Noord-Holland, focusing on technical management and implementing systems engineering. Subsequently, Bart worked as a Senior Consultant at 2nd Nature projects b.v. from March 2010 to July 2013, providing project and organizational advice on explicit working, systems engineering, and integrated contract forms within the civil engineering sector. Between September 2007 and April 2010, Bart was an Advisor for Systems Engineering at Rijkswaterstaat Dienst Infrastructuur, contributing to the development and implementation of new methodologies.
