Our visions add value to the location, to the city and create value to property owners and users of the property. Together with stakeholders, DCD develops and realizes future-proof and high-quality real estate.

Our focus is on the development of real estate in urban areas in the Randstad and in strong economic regions in the central and southern Netherlands. Our projects are various and range from developing residential, hotel, office and retail property as to area development. DCD has a strong affinity with architecture and is also happy to take on the challenge of giving existing and historic buildings a new lease of life.
