Jonathan Eisner

Jonathan Eisner currently serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Dutchie since December 2022, focusing on commercial, corporate, privacy, SaaS, payments, and AdTech matters. Previously, Eisner held the position of Associate General Counsel at TechGC and was a Charter Member at Lightspeed Commerce, where Jonathan served as Assistant General Counsel for North America and Senior Legal Counsel. At Upserve, Eisner was the first legal hire, overseeing the development of the legal function and managing a variety of legal and compliance issues in the SaaS/fintech/payments sector, including contract negotiation and compliance. Eisner obtained a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
