Tom Edmonds

Tom Edmonds is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in creating and maintaining documentation for customer support and onboarding. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Dutchie since February 2022, Tom previously held roles at Ascend Software, where contributions included managing the help center and documenting internal knowledge, and at Greenbits, where documentation for a cannabis point-of-sale platform was developed. Early in the career, Tom gained diverse experience in customer support and project management across various companies. Tom holds a B.A. in Journalism/Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota.
