Bert Bardoel

Bert Bardoel is the EY Real Estate Growth Markets Leader and Oceania Growth Navigator Leader, with a focus on enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth. Bert previously served as the Oceania Leader for Strategic Growth Markets at EY, driving brand strength in the Mid Market sector. As Executive Director, Bert is responsible for Business Development within EY's Strategic Growth Markets Division, concentrating on Australian Private Equity and large private businesses. In addition to roles at EY, Bert is the Chair of the board for Dutchlink Limited and the Anne Frank Exhibition Australia. Bert's earlier career includes positions as Director of Business Development at RBC Royal Bank and Account Director at Singtel Optus. Bert holds an EMBA with Distinction from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has educational credentials from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Augustinianum.
