Ayodhya Perera

Ayodhya Perera is currently the Managing QS at Dutco Group in Dubai. With 17 years of diverse experience in quantity surveying, Ayodhya has worked on notable projects, including airports and luxury villas, primarily in the UAE and Sri Lanka. Previously, Ayodhya held positions as Commercial Manager at EXCOM Project Development Consultants, Sr. Quantity Surveyor at Drake & Scull International PJSC, and Manager of Construction Subcontract at Engineering Office. Ayodhya obtained a National Diploma in Technology from the University of Moratuwa and holds an MBA from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, alongside pursuing a Professional Diploma in FIDIC Contract from The College of Contract Management in the UK.
