Every day, millions of travelers interact with airlines, online travel agencies (OTAs), accommodation providers, car rental companies, and airport retailers throughout their journey. DutyBoost was created to unlock additional value by connecting these stakeholders within a single collaborative ecosystem.

DutyBoost bridges travel partners and airport retailers, enabling travel partners to enhance their customer proposition with exclusive airport shopping benefits while helping airport retailers engage more high-intent travelers and increase sales.

Travelers who receive a DutyCredit from a participating travel partner can redeem exclusive shopping benefits at participating airport retailers. Travelers who do not receive a DutyCredit from their travel partner can generate their own personalised DutyCredit directly through the DutyBoost platform—because every departure deserves a DutyCredit.

Through its Circular Revenue Ecosystem, DutyBoost connects travelers, travel partners, and airport retailers while allowing every stakeholder to retain full ownership of their customer relationships and commercial agreements.

For travelers, DutyBoost delivers a more rewarding airport experience. For airport retailers, it increases qualified traffic, conversion, and sales. For travel partners, it strengthens customer loyalty, enhances the travel experience, and creates new ancillary revenue from customer interactions that previously generated none.

The result is a scalable ecosystem where value continuously circulates between all participants, creating measurable growth, shared success, and sustainable revenue opportunities across the global travel industry.
